Bought 2 vehicles from this place. Yes they were used but I paid close to $7,000 for them both to break down within a month. Normal wear and tear would be ok. I expect that but each time it cost me thousands to get it fixed. Transmission on the first one and when I traded that in the driveshaft and shifting problems on the second one. Will not be going back here. When I told them I was having problems they were very rude. My vehicle before them I bought for $2000 and it ran amazing for 4 yrs. Very upset
They have nice vehicles but service is horrible . When you have an 8am appointment and at 11 you are still sitting there with no explanations on what is taking so long . They are rude and unwilling to assist in any needs .
Wife's cam pos sensor broke on her in town while running the kids around. They had her diagnosed and repaired, back on the road within a couple hours.
We have been very happy with our service experiences at Magee. John has taken good care of us. He is always polite and professional. Our service requests have always been met, and he never tries to push unnecessary "repairs." Work has been done in a timely manner, and parts were offered for inspection. Our truck was kept overnight once because they could not replicate a sound we were hearing. They made a suggestion as to what it COULD be, as they found a part that was wearing. At 105,000 miles we asked to have it replaced. John called to keep us updated. We haven't heard the sound since. This is not the closest dealership to us, but we have been happy and are willing to drive further where we feel we are well taken care of.
I've gotten two new trucks though Magee! Loved the friendly service. Looking forward to the future working with them!
