I had an Emergent Situation with My ONlY Child!! I had Never been to this facility before this Incident. I have Nothing but Great Things to say! Service and Staff were Wonderful! Very Informative, Quick Acting, and Comforting! So, if someone Needs Emergent Help, and there in the area of this Hospital. I Definitely Recommend it!
Sit in waiting room for over three hours then get stuck in back room for over a hour just so they can show the waiting room is not as crowded plus triage nurse mess up paper work and get order off when you get here and stick others ahead of you smh!!!
Ridiculous !! Never saw a nurse, only the Dr....listened to the nurses gossip and curse at the desk outside our room. Thoroughly disappointed!!
Myself and my 5 year old have once only but on different days been to the emergency room and received excellent care with no long waits. The staff apologized that my wait could possibly be a bit long but it wasn't. For my kid once we were in it wasn't the fastest treatment but it was thorough.
In November 2016:
Care was horrible. Nurse was rude and had no empathy. Nurse said they are tired of providing care to my father. So sad. Never experienced such horrible service as this in my life.
Update; we finally left at 9:30 p.m.
Well still sitting in er going on five hours now that should be way to turn back our time off waiting back in hospital I mean doesn't the patient time mean something?
