This is the WORST ran Winn Dixie pharmacy I have ever been to!! They are rude and slow moving. Doctor electronically sent in the prescriptions 2 1/2 hours prior to me going up there, get there and they need the insurance information (no big deal) takes the lady almost an hour just to put in 1 kids information and says about another 30-45 minutes to put in the other kid. When I asked any question they were rude when answering as if I was wasting her time. Definitely finding a different pharmacy.. Would not recommend to anyone!!! I wish there was a PUBLIX around here because THEY know what they are doing and they hire respectful and knowledgeable pharmacists.
Very horrible experience. Called to get a prescription filled and the lady at the pharmacy said no problem will be ready in a few hours for pick up. I then called after a few hours to see if the medicine was ready for pick up and the man there said he has no clue what I'm talking about and there was nothing filled or ordered. After telling him the whole story I had done with the lady a few hours before, he then said I see the prescription but we don't get that. Now this was said after he had just told me he had no clue about any prescription being ordered but now he knows which prescription I'm talking about. On top of him not telling me the truth, he was also very rude and could care less about my situation. He then proceeded to tell me to go to the Walmart in amite because they have it. Which I had been to that Walmart earlier in the day, they said too that they would have it ready but ended up the same problem.
I did not appreciate the rude pharmacy employee, that they say they can fill a prescription when they can't, and pretend that I didn't order something say they don't know what I'm talking about and then two seconds say well we don't get that prescription which means he had knowledge about my order all along.
