Enjoy shopping at this convenient location. Parking is never a problem although the parking lot could use some work, however, that doesn't stop me & others from getting good bargains at different stores in this Shopping Center!
There are a few different stores in this shopping center. There's a Dollar General, The Salvage Store, Dirt Cheap, ARM Insurance, and a Christian book store. There is also a washiteria available for your use or you can pay her to do your laundry for you. Get to tired and need a place to sleep, there's a motel on the other end of the free parking lot.
This is a space that could benefit from a demolition and repurposing project. Investors required.
